With a keen sense of smell – 100,000 times stronger than humans – dogs are often used to find lost people and animals, drugs, avalanche and disaster victims, and even to detect cancer.
In this 4 week class, teams will try different sniffing sports:
- Nose/Scent Work
- Rat Location
- Human Odor Detection
- Antler Shed Location
Prerequisites: Your dog must be comfortable in a crate, prefer having taken a Basic Manners class, and be good around other dogs/people.
