This is the gateway to agility fun! In this class you will learn the good habits that will carry your dog through a rewarding agility career. You and your dog will become aware of his entire body in ways that will safely help your dog negotiate the obstacles. We will cover how to train the basic actions to help your dog succeed, as well as the very important tool of rewarding your dog to encourage even better performance! This is a preparatory class for dogs continuing on to Foundations for Agility 1.
Prerequisites: Dog must be at least 4 months old and completed all shots. Must have completed the S.T.A.R. Puppy course, Canine Companion, Canine Good Citizen course, or have instructor approval.
